Webinar Series: February 28, 2023 - Aspire Alliance

Systems change-creating more inclusive campus cultures and structures–requires individual work in addition to organizational-level changes (e.g., policies, programming and resource allocation). This session will introduce participants to the Inclusive Professional Framework (IPF), a research-informed, holistic, professional development model created by the NSF’s Eddie Bernice Johnson INCLUDES Aspire Alliance.

The IPF informs work at both bottom-up individual and top-down institutional levels. In this session, the IPF will guide deeper examination of both individual and organizational level change as participants explore the framework in the context of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)-focused change they want to promote on their campuses through their work with RISE UPP.
